Do you ever talk to yourself? So many women feel they shouldn’t be doing that, however, I believe it’s very healthy. I have a disabled son and he had to learn to talk out loud to remember what he was doing and stay organized. In the midst of a trial, we all battle negative thoughts and worry. Self-talk helps to refute those nasty ideas that bog you down.
Today my guest is Karen Jordan. She lived through a difficult time: the illness and death of her mother. Using what she learned from that, she has written a book called Words that Change Everything.
